Named for a small hillside town in Italy, Bellagio is Oakland County’s premier gated community featuring grand one-of-a-kind homes. We conceptualized an exclusive home community, similar in ambiance and enduring value to the historic Grosse Pointe area. The Bellagio community features 55 estates on 73 acres and includes a picturesque four-acre central park graced with colorful gardens, walking paths, and a classical limestone gazebo.
Highlights Include:
- A stately brick and iron entryway, complete with an engraved limestone entrance sign
- Inviting design uses curved plants and walls to guide residents toward the entrance
- Use of premium plant material and the finest specimen trees available
- Broad range of textures, materials, and species working in harmony to create a diverse and beautiful landscape
